Cranberry Yogurt Parfait

Sweet, tangy, and snazzy. This parfait is proof that breakfast doesn’t have to try too hard.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp The Mainstays Shiraz Cranberry Sauce
  • ½ cup granola
  • ½ cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
  • Optional: A drizzle of honey, and a sprint of mint

Instructions

  1. Spoon a layer of yogurt into two glasses or small bowls.
  2. Add a spoonful of Shiraz Cranberry Sauce.
  3. Sprinkle with granola and toss in a few berries.
  4. Repeat layers until you hit the top, finishing with a drizzle of sauce or honey.
  5. Garnish with mint if you’re feeling extra.
